My wife and I moved from San Francisco to Atlanta 7 years ago this month. Each year I update my pitch for people who wonder what makes Atlanta's startup and tech talent so special.
This is my current pitch:
Atlanta has one of America’s most recruitable startup workforces because it combines elite technical education, the country’s sixth-largest metropolitan population, a leading hub for Fortune 500 and 1,000 headquarters, deep expertise in fintech, cybersecurity, logistics, healthcare, and SaaS, a diverse technology talent pool, and a growing venture ecosystem, without coastal hiring costs.
